Step 2: Get Ready…
- Conduct Personality and Leadership Assessments
- Conduct 360° Feedback Assessments
- Stakeholders Interviews

Step 3: Get Set…
- Review Unbiased Feedback with Leader
- Create a Measurable Professional Development Plan or Action Plan

Step 4: Grow!!!
- Begin Regular Monthly or Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions
- Conduct Periodic Check-in Meetings with the Leader’s Manager and/or Human Resources

Step 5: Finish Line
- Debrief with Stakeholders (as appropriate)
- Measure Progress Against Goals and Course Correct
